How do I Opt Out of CallerSmart?
1) Go to https://www.callersmart.com/. Enter your phone number in the search bar located at the upper-left of the home page. Click the blue magnifying glass icon to begin your search.
2) In the next window that appears, click on the orange Click to Continue button to view your search results.
3) Your personal result record will appear in a new window similar to the example image below.
4) To remove your personal information from your record on CallerSmart, go to the opt out link here: https://www.callersmart.com/data
In the form provided, enter your name and email address. In the message space compose a message with your phone number, and your name and location information as they appeared in your personal record from step 3 above. Complete the security CAPTCHA, and click the Send button.
IMPORTANT: Whenever contacting a data broker, we highly recommend using a disposable email address, and NOT using your own primary email address. 4) An on-screen message will appear to confirm your opt out submission.
5) Your opt out request will take CallerSmart between 24-48 hours to process. Once CallerSmart completes your opt out, your record will be labeled as NOT FOUND (YET).
